I don't know when people will stop saying it's great to be back in the same room as people at events such as these, but it's great to be back in the same room as people at events such as these.
Oracle OpenWorld, ah no, Oracle CloudWorld is later this month, and I'm very excited to be speaking alongside our Data Scientist, Max Storr, on the 20th of October about our machine learning and cochlear implant programming story. If you are not planning on attending Oracle CloudWorld, you can learn more about our story on our on-demand webinar.
One of the great things about OCW is that it brings a whole range of sessions together, not just speaking sessions but also tutorials. My specialist interest is OCI, so here are some session picks that I have chosen and why I thought they would be good to attend.
Understanding the basic mechanics of OCI is fundamental; these sessions form part of OCI Foundations Training to allow people to cover the core basis. The second session will help people easily deploy common reference architectures to a defined industry standard without having to work it out for themselves. At the time of writing, there are 218 reference architectures which Oracle has created, so it's quite possible that what you want to do has already been done.
