OPA 2026-1We’re proud to announce that DSP has been named EMEA CMSP of the Year at the Oracle Partner Awards 2026. The award was presented at the Partner Success Summit during Oracle AI World in Las Vegas on 25 October 2026.

The CMSP (Cloud Managed Service Provider) award recognises the partner in the region that has done the most to deliver proactive, secure and scalable cloud services on behalf of its customers. For DSP, it is recognition of the managed services that sit at the heart of what we do, and of the people who deliver them every day.

What the CMSP award recognises

This award is especially meaningful for us. It has been decided by performance metrics which identify the leading partners in each category and, as such, reflects our performance across our entire Oracle managed services customer base.

The CMSP category focuses on the qualities customers rely on most from a managed service provider:

  • Proactive support that identifies and resolves issues before they affect the business
  • Secure operations that protect mission-critical data and systems
  • Scalable services that grow with customers as their Oracle estates evolve

Why DSP

Managed services have always been central to DSP. We support customers across their entire Oracle estate, from on-premises databases and E-Business Suite to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Exadata and Fusion Applications.

Our Oracle Managed Services and OCI Managed Services are delivered by a highly qualified team, with more than 1,800 certifications between them. That expertise means every environment we manage is aligned with Oracle’s build standards and best practices.

Our customers range from public sector shared service providers to healthcare, finance and manufacturing organisations. What they have in common is a need for Oracle platforms that stay available, secure and ready for what comes next, and a partner they can rely on to deliver.

DSP's CEO Simon Goodenough collected the award on Sunday night and commented, "Thank you to our customers for their trust in us, to Oracle for this recognition and continued partnership, and above all to the global DSP team. This award belongs to the engineers, consultants and service managers who go above and beyond for our customers’ Oracle estates every day."

Building on three years of Oracle recognition

This win gives DSP a 'hat-trick' at the Oracle Partner Awards, with now three consecutive years of award success:

  • 2024: DSP won EMEA and Europe West awards for Business Impact and Innovation, recognising our AI-powered invoice processing for an NHS organisation and our sentiment analysis early warning system built on OCI with AI.
  • 2025: DSP won the EMEA Customer Success Partner Award and a Regional Best in Class award for our E-Business Suite upgrade with UK Shared Business Services. We were also named a finalist in four EMEA categories, including Cloud Managed Service Provider.
  • 2026: DSP is named EMEA CMSP Partner of the Year.
