The week beginning 3rd October 2022 is National Customer Service Week. This is something we care about deeply at DSP-Explorer. That is why we've chosen this week to launch our brand-new online Customer Resource Centre (CRC). It contains lots of useful content to make the customer experience with us simple and user-friendly.
The CRC aims to give all customers a single, standard interface for DSP-Explorer's process, overviews, and guidance for interacting with our services to ensure maximum value for our customers. It also includes valuable how-to videos, a Customer Service summary, and our Customer Escalation Process.
