Oracle releases a Critical Patch Update (CPU) each quarter to address security vulnerabilities across its product portfolio. These updates are designed to reduce exposure to emerging threats, including software flaws and risks introduced through third-party components. Applying CPUs as part of a regular, structured patching programme is one of the most effective ways to strengthen the security and resilience of your Oracle estate.

This quarter’s Critical Patch Update delivers 1,455 new security fixes across the Oracle portfolio, addressing 682 critical vulnerabilities, many of which could be exploited remotely without authentication. To reduce risk and protect your Oracle estate, these CPU patches should be prioritised and scheduled for deployment as soon as possible.
