I’m looking forward to Oracle AI World this year, and, as always, I wanted to highlight some of the most interesting sessions. As it is Oracle AI World, one may look through the lens of how individuals and organisations will approach AI. As organisations are working on AI adoption, their activities will fall into three broad categories below:
Sometimes we like to think of ‘a journey’ or a ‘pathway’ into AI adoption as we do with other technologies. However, like many things, the journey is not always a straightforward path from A to B, but rather a complex mix of competing priorities and steps to achieve an end goal. With the adoption of new technology, organisational change and buy-in are the most important pieces.
With that in mind, I searched for sessions in the Oracle AI World content catalogue that represented these pillars. Obviously, the nature of Oracle and its data capabilities will naturally mean there are more sessions in some pillars than others. However, as the content catalogue evolves over the next month, I will be keen to highlight more sessions.
For aligning business strategy, here are some picks:
Of all these sessions, the last one is the most interesting. Innovation and idea generation are crucial in exploring the organisation for AI adoption opportunities. The more you can foster this, the more you will generate buy-in throughout the process.
Look forward to seeing you at Oracle Open World, sorry, Cloud World, wait, no, AI World!
