Oracle recently announced the extension of Premier Support for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 through at least 2036.

With Oracle's commitment to Continuous Innovation and the availability of Premier Support for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 through at least 2036, Oracle allows customers to leverage their Oracle E-Business Suite investment for years to come.

EBS 12.2 Premier Support Extended Through At Least 2036

Oracle recognises that thousands of organisations around the world rely on Oracle E-Business Suite to run their key business operations.

In June 2018, Oracle announced the Continuous Innovation release model for Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2, delivering ongoing applications and technology stack updates for 12.2 without requiring a major upgrade. At the same time, Oracle named 12.2 as the long-term support release for Oracle E-Business Suite, and pledged that Premier Support would be available through at least 2030.

Since June 2018, Oracle has had a pattern of extending the Premier Support period for Oracle EBusiness Suite 12.2 by an additional year as each year goes by. This latest Premier Support extension to at least 2036 should reassure customers who run critical operations on Oracle E-Business Suite that their systems will continue to be supported and enhanced for years to come.

Oracle E-Business Suite and the Promise of Oracle Applications Unlimited

With Oracle's commitment to Continuous Innovation, and their extension through to at least 2036 of Premier Support for Oracle E-Business 12.2, Oracle E-Business Suite aligns with other Oracle Applications Unlimited product lines (Hyperion, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, PeopleSoft, and Siebel CRM) that also are providing Continuous Innovation and Premier Support through at least 2036.
