DSP is pleased to announce that it has been named “a Representative Vendor” in the latest Gartner® Market Guide for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Professional and Managed Services for the fourth year in a row. The report examines the OCI market, including a focus on Oracle’s multicloud capabilities and the market’s evolving direction. It also provides a non-exhaustive overview of service providers, intended to help senior decision-makers identify suitable partners for assessing, migrating, and managing both Oracle and non-Oracle workloads on OCI.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Professional and Managed Services

We believe this Gartner® Market Guide, shaped by extensive customer feedback, highlights the benefits of collaborating with a specialised provider to simplify Oracle Cloud migrations (particularly Oracle DB@X) and ongoing support, helping organisations maximise efficiency and optimise costs.

Simon Goodenough, CEO of DSP, comments:
"To be recognised as a Representative Vendor in Gartner's Market Guide for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Professional and Managed Services for the fourth consecutive year is something we don't take for granted. Consistency in this market is hard, and 'four years in a row' is the bit we're most proud of. Coupled with our recent recognition as a Leader in the ISG Provider Lens® Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem report, we believe the message from these two analyst firms is consistent. The market is moving rapidly towards multicloud, sovereign cloud, hybrid cloud, and, of course, the Oracle Database@X services. Our job is to make that journey straightforward for our customers who trust us to run & modernise their Oracle estates. Credit to the team… the work continues."

Phil Brown, Chief Technology Officer, adds:

“This recognition is once again, we believe, a reflection of the strength of our Oracle Cloud expertise and our ability to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient multicloud solutions. As organisations modernise their environments, we remain focused on helping clients simplify migrations and maximise the value of Oracle Cloud, be it Fusion, Data or AI."

DSP’s story so far

Established in the UK in 1999, DSP has grown to become a globally respected Oracle Partner, with delivery centres in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Our success has been fuelled by organic growth as well as strategic acquisitions to develop a service portfolio that expands into new geographies. This has included the acquisition of Explorer UK and Claremont, increasing our capabilities in Oracle applications, application development, and Exadata. In 2023, DSP received investment from LDC, which enabled the acquisition of Canadian Oracle partner Eclipsys, now rebranded as DSP-Eclipsys. In 2026, DSP expanded its international delivery structure further by opening a global capability centre in India, increasing the breadth and depth of Oracle services we provide to our customers.

We are proud to be recognised for the fourth consecutive year in the Gartner Market Guide. We believe this recognition highlights our commitment to applying best practices and delivering high-quality services that support our customers to achieve their own goals. We are also recognised as a 'Leader' for OCI and Managed Services in the latest ISG Provider Lens® Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem Report.
